The Zoom meeting default settings are good for most users. Check your Zoom app settings to add your image and configure your video, audio, virtual backgrounds, and more. NOTE: You should log in to the Zoom app every time you use Zoom. You have installed the app and activated your account.
Next screen, type csusm for the server name/company domain and click continue. Do not put your email address or password on the fields on the left. IMPORTANT! make sure you click the Sign in with SSO button. You can also go to the Zoom Download Center and choose the option that fits your needs. Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and search for Zoom Cloud Meeting and Next screen type in csusm for the company domain and click continue. Click on Sign In and select "Sign In With SSO".
Install the Zoom client from the Zoom Download Center (Zoom Client for Meetings). The Single Sign On (SSO) feature may automatically sign you in. If you are already logged in to Cougar Courses, Office 365, or other CSUSM program, Open a web browser and go to, click “ Login to Host a Meeting” in the upper right corner of the screen, and sign in with your campus credentials.
